Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Footwear
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
